Minnesota - Day Four

Today was our Milbradt Reunion!  The morning started with food prep in Bonnie's kitchen :-)

 and of course, a few more games of cards!!!

 The reunion was held at the Birch Shelter at Sunnybrook Park in Wadena - lots of great covered space and plenty of grassy areas as well :-)

New cousins I hadn't met before!!! Cathy and Debbie actually recognized Sherry in the pool Friday night, so we met there and visited beforehand!!! :-)

Afterwards we headed to my Uncle Sonny and Aunt Barb's place at Duck Lake.  The kids LOVED running and jumping off the dock into the lake :-)

Minnesota - Day Three

Today was our Meckola Family Reunion - mom's side of the family :-) We met for lunch at 11:00 at Jay's Cafe' and spent 4 hours gabbing and take pictures! So awesome that people drove for hours just to spend some time together!

Afterwards Gail, LaRae, Joshua, Hannah, and I headed to the Wadena County Fair!

Hannah proceeds to play a game where she has to toss a ping pong ball into a fish ball - and she succeeds - and wins a live goldfish!!!

 They did NOT want to take it back - but I told the booth operator it either needed to join its friends in the cooler or die in the trash can ;-) eek!

My family is much more talented than me! Lots of amazing entries with lots of 1st and 2nd place ribbons!  My aunt Lo easily won the most!!! 

Dad's cousin Roy (Papa Roy to the kids) won 3 1st place ribbons for his artwork - they were entered without his knowledge - hehe! They took him to the fair and voila! He was able to see the awards :-)

 We met our cousins at the fair and the kids had a blast riding rides!!!

Not done yet! We headed over to the hotel pool with the cousins to play some more and have dinner!!!

Cutest baby award definitely goes to Audrey, my cousin Becky's 7-month-old daughter, and great granddaughter of Dad's sister, Audrey June!
