Go Red For Women

Many of you know that I've done the American Heart Association Heart Walk for the past few years. It's a disease that is much too close to my own heart, and definitely something that I'm willing to put up a fight against. Heart disease is the #1 killer of women in America. Friday, February 6, is National Wear Red Day. Do it. It's a simple yet powerful way to raise awareness of heart disease and stroke. And then, take the time to visit www.goredforwomen.org and learn more about taking care of yourself! ~ The Go Red For Women movement challenges women to know their risk for heart disease and take action to reduce their personal risk ~
