Tonight we had a Mini Reunion with the Prinzi's ~ there were 39 of us there! We prepared many of Grandma Prinzi's recipes and enjoyed a huge feast!!! It was awesome! We scanned her handwritten recipes and put together a cookbook for everyone. Grandpa Sam used to tell his sons to get together more, and during Ron's prayer he said they were probably very pleased to be looking down on this gathering. I love this picture of them that was taken before they died when they had come to Colorado and we celebrated their 60th wedding anniversary.
