Place graham cracker, chocolate, and single peep in the microwave and zap until soft (or place under broiler). Top with another graham cracker square and eat!
My family absolutely loves Peeps, and they love S'mores even more! I've been hearing so much about Peeps S'mores this year so we better try 'em - do you think we'll feel bad when the Peeps start to melt and lose their shape? I'll let you know how they turn out! Every year, Kelvin and Sara give us Peeps. This year they found some very wrinkly (i.e. dated and shriveled) purple Peeps in the grocery store; along with our Easter card from them were those same Peeps marked "Peeps at 90" - love it!!!
Oh, Peeps should be outlawed! They are scary to me even at 50+!
